Click the Remote Support button and choose to save the file.

Having downloaded the file, double-click to install it. Alternatively, you may have the option to run it automatically after downloading. Once installed, you will see an ID and a password; send these to enable remote access.

If remote access may be needed again, you can repeat the above process. However, if the downloaded file is still available, there is no need to download it again (you may want to move it from the Downloads folder to some more permanent location). Each time the program is run, a new password is generated; the ID will remain the same.
